Heworth House Day Nursery is open Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm, closing only on bank holidays and approximately one week over the Christmas and New Year period. The nursery is registered by Ofsted for children aged birth to five years. It is important to us that the children in our care receive the attention and stimulation they require, therefore the nursery consists of qualified nursery nurses and nursery assistants.

A member of our team supervises each room to provide continuity and every effort is made to provide a strong relationship between you, your child and the room supervisor to ensure your child's needs are met. Other staff members rotate between rooms to ensure a smooth transition from one room to the next.
